August 1, 2006 Board Meeting Agenda Item #25 Title APPROVAL OF THE BILL OF SALE TO SARASOTA COUNTY FOR THE FIRE MAIN SYSTEM AT FRUITVILLE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL Description Sarasota County land development regulations require the ownership of the utility systems be vested with the County.  This item authorizes the transfer of title of these facilities to Sarasota County.  The School Board attorney has reviewed and approved this Bill of Sale.  Recommendation That the Bill of Sale to Sarasota County for the Fire Main System at Fruitville Elementary School be approved as presented.
